Once you created your Microsoft Word document, then you can edit or make changes in it in order to make your document appear tidy and academic. Changing or editing a document’s formatting in Word is mostly easy. You just choose the text you want to alter, and then you apply the new formatting you make. For instance you might miss the formatting options to ascertain the spacing in the middle of paragraphs or lines of text, instead you applied extra return. Now do you have to go through your documents, deleting the additional returns manually? The procedure would be tiresome. Luckily you don’t have to remove the page there is an option available. You can utilize Word’s Find and Replace feature to delete the additional breaks.

Method 1. Steps to Remove Breaks One by One:

    1. Press Show/Hide Editing Marks on Paragraph panel on the Home tab, and all breaks symbols will be appear.
    2. Choose the break you wish to remove and tap Delete key on your keyboard.
    3. Now you have to repeat the above steps to remove all breaks in word document.

This process is the least recommended option as it takes so much time.
