    When you decide that you are going to lose weight, you will have to answer Flat Belly Fix yourself if you are serious about it. The first thing that you will have to do is to set up your goals. Yes, you might have heard this a thousand times about how important goals are. The sentence is a cliché. But it is a cliché because it is so true.

    If you want to get rid of the extra weight, you will have to know why you want to do that. You may want to lose your weight and fat because of the health reasons. Or you want to look better for special occasions. Or you are sick and tired of being in front of mirror and see yourself. There can be plenty of reasons that make you decide.

    Unfortunately, you will not be successful in losing weight unless you make a real decision. Tony Robbins, one of the great speakers on personal development, said in one of his classes that when you decide, you cut yourself from any other options but the one you are aiming for. The real decision will then force you to take action. No real decision will result in lackluster response.
